Every product at The Helper Hive is an instant digital download — a PDF, a Notion workspace, an audio file, or a printable. Because there is nothing physical to ship back, we handle refunds a little differently than a traditional store.

All sales are final

By completing your purchase, you understand that you are buying and receiving a digital product that cannot be "returned" once it has been downloaded. This is standard practice for digital goods and is the same policy you will see at most reputable digital-product shops.

When we will make it right

While the general rule is that all sales are final, there are three situations where we will help you promptly:

  1. You did not receive your file. If your download link did not arrive in your inbox within an hour of checkout, or the link is broken, email us at support@thehelperhive.com within 7 days and we will resend or reissue the file at no charge.
  2. You accidentally bought the same product twice. If you purchased the same workbook twice within a 48-hour window, email us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
  3. You were charged for something you did not purchase. If you see a charge on your card from us that you did not authorize, email us right away and we will investigate and resolve it.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a purchase, please email us first. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us usually delays the resolution and costs both of us extra fees. We want to make it right — we just need the chance.

The Helper Hive is a digital-only store. Every product is delivered instantly by email as a downloadable file — there is no physical package, no shipping cost, no waiting on a courier, and no shipping address to enter at checkout.

What you will receive

  • An order confirmation email from Shopify (within one minute)
  • A product download email with the actual file link (usually within five minutes, occasionally up to an hour during high-traffic launches)

How to access your files

  • PDFs open on any phone, tablet, laptop, or e-reader.
  • Notion templates open via a "duplicate to your workspace" link. You will need a free Notion account.
  • Audio files play in any browser or on any music or podcast app.
  • Printable extras can be printed at home or at a local print shop.

If your files do not arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is still missing an hour after checkout, email support@thehelperhive.com with your order number and we will resend.

Access period

Your download links do not expire. If you lose your files or change devices, email us and we will resend at no charge.

International orders

Because there is no physical shipping, we deliver globally. Prices are in US dollars; your bank or Shopify will handle currency conversion at checkout.
