Do I need to be diagnosed with ADHD to use this?
No. Many users are undiagnosed-and-suspecting. The OS works for anyone whose brain runs differently than the planners on the market. If you suspect ADHD, please reach out to a licensed clinician for evaluation. This is not a diagnostic tool.
Do I need to know Notion already?
No. The Pro tier includes a duplicate-ready Notion template with linked views. The Bundle adds a Loom walkthrough video. If you've never used Notion, the Bundle is recommended.
Will this work if I'm also managing kids and work?
Yes. The OS is specifically designed for the cognitive load of moms managing kids + household + work. The basics check-in, dopamine menu, and meal rotator are calibrated for this exact situation.
Is this a substitute for ADHD medication or coaching?
No. This is a workflow OS, not a medical intervention. If you have ADHD, work with your prescriber on medication and with a coach on the deeper executive-function pieces. This OS can be the system you build around that care.
