What pregnant women ask before buying.
Is this a substitute for a hypnobirthing course?
No. This is the take-home toolkit. If you can afford an in-person course, do that. If you can't (or want reinforcement), this brings the practical materials at a fraction of the cost.
Do I need a doula to use this?
No. Many families use this without a doula. If you have a doula, share the birth plan template with her — she'll appreciate seeing your preferences pre-organized.
What if I end up with an epidural or C-section?
The bundle includes preferences for exactly those scenarios. Birth plans are aspirational, not prescriptive — what matters is you and baby, not staying on plan. The tools work in every setting.
Are the audio scripts recorded, or written?
